She was predeceased by: her parents, John N. David and Ruth Catherine David (Lane). She is survived by: her cousins, Emily Allen (Dennis), Terry Allen (Jackie), Billy Allen (Robin), Christopher Allen, Vicky Allen and Bonnie Allen; and her brother Johnny Mitchell.
