He was predeceased by: his father Michael Howard Sr.; and his sister Korie Howard. He is survived by: his daughters, Madison and Allison; his mother Laura D. Bartlett; his stepfather Jesse Smith; his siblings, Deana and Erik; his niece Piper; and his nephews, Brodie and Kane.
