She was predeceased by: her father Benjamin Mullins; and her siblings, Lucy Stajkowski, Tommy Mullins and Ray Mullins. She is survived by: her mother Barbara Mullins (Davis); her husband Jeffery C. Adams; her children, Alex Adams (Stephanie), Amanda Bieski (Colton), Katie Wolter (Matt) and Jessie Adams; her brothers, Dale and Gary Mullins (Wanda); and her grandchildren, Rhyan, Dean, Charlee, Sam, Zander, Ben, Maddie and Carson. She is also survived by granddaughter due in November; and several nieces and nephews.
