She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Koncur and Elsie Skorenki Koncur; her husband Robert Alphin, Sr.; and her sister Elaine Koncur. She is survived by: her children, Robert Alphin, Jr. (Linda Santomenna) of Chesapeake City, MD, Kerry Alphin of New Castle, DE and William Alphin (Laurie) of Elkton, MD; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Sarah and David Alphin.
