He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Johnson and Helen Halcomb Johnson; and his siblings, Jerry, Clifford Johnson and Nadine.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Johnson; his children, Ken Smith (Kathy), Kevin Smith, Michele Johnson (Heather) and Martin Johnson; his grandchildren, Brianna (Randall), Emily, Zach, Leah and Penelope; his great grandchildren, Tessa, Natalie and Sienna; his brothers, James (Jackie) and Ben (Chris); and his sisters-in-law, Betty and Carol.
