She is survived by: her children, Betty Shelby (William), William Smith (Teresa), Delores Ann Wade (David), Stanley Smith (Doreen) and Temothy Smith (Cheryl); her daughter-in-law Deborah Smith (late Larry); her siblings, Violet Stacy, Nancy Blankenship, Henry Bandy, Latney Bandy, Irene Davis and Ronnie Bandy; her grandchildren, George Dilks, Jim Shelby, William Smith, Jr., Josi Smith, Tonya Seikbert, Devin Smith, Tyler Smith, Nicholas Smith, Jen Swintek, Lauren Lyon, Lindsey Moore, Kenny Smith, Jared Smith, Benjamin Smith and Zachariah Smith; her great grandchildren, Ashlie Marshall, Carly, Christian, Taran, Izabel Smith, David Jr., Breanna, Dylan, Aliya Seikbert, Camryn, Cailyn, Colton Smith, Carson, Nolan Smith, Sam, Leo, Gabe Swintek, Rhett, Logan Lyon, Emma Moore, Karina, Kadiana Smith and Leah Smith; and her great great grandchildren, Josephine, Wyatt, Jayce and Austin.
