She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry E. Leak and Elizabeth C. Warner Leak; her husband Frank E. Cebula, Sr.; her son-in-law Chuck Rader; and her sister Catherine Holmes.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Rader of North East, MD, Steve Cebula (Donna) of Elkton, MD, Frank Cebula, Jr. (Fran) of New Castle, DE, Gary Cebula (Debbie) of Lewes, DE and Wayne Cebula (Dianne) of Bear, DE. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
