He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlin Fleming and Emma Reed Fleming; and his wife Linda Fleming. He is survived by: his children, Michele Bailey (Jesse Hess) and Lawrence D. Fleming II; his grandchildren, Kelsey Roark (Johnny Miller, III) of Stephanie Fleming, A. J and Kamber Fleming; his great grandchildren, Brantley Miller, Maverick Miller and Charles Miller; and his sisters, Phyllis Simpkins and Marlene Moore.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921).
