He is survived by: his children, Michelle Byrum (Lane) of Rapid City, SD, Patrick Bingnear-Krukosky (Liz) of Bel Air, MD and Joseph Bingnear, Jr. (Tina) of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Joseph, Jr., Nicholas, Aaron, Isabella, Sophia Bingnear and Tabitha Spry; his great grandchild Aria Bingnear; and his sister Carol Goodwin (David) of Elkton, MD..
