He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth L. Haines and Nancy Ann Haines (Furness); and his son Kenneth L. Haines, III. He is survived by: his wife Jo Anna Haines (Blackistone); his daughter Melissa Haines of Rising Sun, MD; his siblings, Karen A. Haines, Stephen G. Haines of Millsboro, DE and Robert D. Haines of Earleville, MD; and his granddaughters, Crisha, Brooke and Riley.
