He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar A. McCoy and Dorothy Ambuul McCoy. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Brown McCoy; his children, Tina McCoy of Elkton, MD and Tim Sluder (Theresa) of Rising Sun, MD; his sisters, Donna McCoy and Denise McCoy Salmon (Marty) of Chesapeake City, MD; his grandchildren, Brian Gregson Jr. (Taylor), Evan Sluder, Krystina Bubb (Willy) and Audrey Sluder; his great grandchildren, Cadence, Riley and Landon; and also Eva Porter.
Funeral service will be held 11 a. m., Thursday, December 16, at Elkton United Methodist Church, 219 E. Main Street, Elkton with visitation beginning at 9:30 a. m. Masks are recommended.
