He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindi" Snyder Sinclair; his children, Michael K. Sinclair of Elkton, MD and Kristin N. Sinclair of Elkton, MD; his grandchildren, Madison and Rylan; and his siblings, Kevin S. Sinclair (Katie), Elkton, MD and Kathleen A. Opal (Bill). He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
