He was predeceased by: his parents, James Joseph Werner and Cathryne Agnes Werner (Mitchell); his wife Kathleen Werner; his son Kurt Werner; and his brother Robert Werner.
He is survived by: his children, Kent Werner (Wendy) and Katherine Bagnato (Ralph); his grandchildren, Dominic, Raffaele and Gabriela Bagnato; and his close friend Joanne Morris.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception Church (455 Bow St, Elkton, MD 21921). A Mass was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
