Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the R. T. Foard Funeral Home (259 E Main St, Elkton, MD 21921). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at the Rosebank Cemetery.
