It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kamela Jayne Kirkpatrick of Elkton, Maryland, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on December 8, 2021, at the age of 44, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Patricia Sherman and Wilbern Michael Kirkpatrick; her husband James F. Smith (Jamie); her stepchildren, Evan, Austin Smith, Mariana and Jimmy Vassallo; her daughters, Layla, Madison and Taylor; her grandson Camden Smith; and her siblings, Kerricia Scholl (Greg), MarRae Sipple (Steve) and Michael Kirkpatrick (Jen). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
