She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Iacono and Giovanna Mattero Iacono; her husband Charles H. Smith Sr.; and her siblings, Jerry, Nick, Ralph, Frank Iacono, Teresa Houghton, Mary Ryan and Ann McCormick.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Smith (Jayne) and Charles H. Smith Jr. (Suzanne); her grandchildren, Ashley (Chris Shomo), Charlie Smith (Alexis Remaley) and Lauren Harris (Mike); and her great grandchild Mikey Harris. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
