He is survived by: his children, Jay Milburn (Ilene) of Elkton, MD, Cassandra Taylor (Andy) of Elkton, MD, Mark Milburn of Elkton, MD, Melinda Palmeri (Guy) of Elkton, MD and Jason Milburn of Rising Sun, MD; and his brother Evan B. Milburn of Elkton, MD.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild.
