He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer, Sr. Powers and Catherine Burns Powers; and his siblings, Bob Powers, Sr. and Barbara Hamm. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bradley Powers; his children, Craig Loller (Tracy) of Elkton, MD and Johnna Baker (Jason); and his grandchildren, Brady, Ryan, Landon, Noah and Nik.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association, or to Wounded Warrior Project, in care of the funeral home at the above address.
