We are sad to announce that on September 14, 2021, at the age of 59, Jane M. Otterson of Elkton, Maryland, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph McNeill and Muriel Harty McNeill. She is survived by: her husband Paul Richard Otterson, Jr.; her children, Paul Richard Otterson, III of Elkton, MD, Renee Marie Otterson of Elkton, MD and Britny Jane Otterson of Elkton, MD; and her grandchildren, Makenzie, Cooper and Bentley.
