He is survived by: his wife Caroline L. Rinehart; his children, Duane E. Rinehart (Jennifer) of Bear, DE, Darren E. Rinehart of Upland, PA, Douglas E. Rinehart of Elkton, MD, Krystal D. Rinehart (CJ) of North East, MD, Anthony P. Rinehart (Samantha) of Elkton, MD and Pamela J. Arnold (Galen) of Elkton, MD; and his siblings, Twila Wilson of North East, MD, Charlie Rinehart of North East, MD, Pete of North East, MD, Ward (Debbie) of North East, MD, Paul (Brenda) of North East, MD, Kenny Rinehart of North East, MD, Linda Tyndall (Dan) of North East, MD and Brenda Rinehart of North East, MD. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
