He was predeceased by: his parents, James K. Sr. Case and Mary E. Scott Case; his siblings, Louise Thomas (William), Donald Case (Margaret), Edward Case, Donna Welch and Jayne Case; and his brother-in-law Richard Spence, Sr..
He is survived by: his son James K. Case, III; his sisters, Paula Spence of Elkton, MD, Arlene Stringer of Rising Sun, MD and Alice Green (Larry) of Purlear, NC; and his brother-in-law Wayne Welch.
