He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Carr and Mabel Carr; and his sister Patricia Baylor. He is survived by: his brother William Carr; his wife Jo Ann Carr; and his siblings, Thomas Carr (Beverly) and Sandra Reitano. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
