It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Keith Bailey Sr. of Elkton, Maryland, born in Neodesha, Kansas, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollen Bailey and Bernita Saphir (Powell); his wife Janet Bailey (Slaughter); and his brother Donald Bailey, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Jack "Keith" Bailey, Jr. and Karen Jarrell (Frank); his grandchildren, Thomas, Rachael, Faith and Matthew; his great grandchildren, Adeline, Elijah and Malachi; and his niece Terri Allen.
