He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Felix and Verna Douglas (Handy). He is survived by: his wife Alice V. Douglas (Baugher) of Elkton, MD; and his children, Jack Franklin Douglas, Jr. of Elkton, MD, James Vincent Douglas of Elkton, MD, Teresa Ann Goodwin of Elkton, MD, Gary Bryan Douglas of Newark, DE and Bruce Wayne Douglas of North East, MD. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren;16 great grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
