With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Mullen Simpson Jr. of Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on January 17, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard M. Simpson, Sr. and Katherine Underwood Rigg; his wife Sally T. Bakley Simpson; and his siblings, Harriet Buckwalter, Zelda Whiteside, Paul Simpson and Mary Boddy.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Simpson of Elkton, MD, Theresa Snyder of Elkton, MD and Tracy Simpson of Colorado Springs, CO; and his brother William "Bob" Simpson of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Legion Cecil Post #15, 129 W. Main Street, Elkton, MD 21921.
