She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joseph Sauscermen, Leonard and Pat Jezyk. She is survived by: her daughter Michela R. Jezyk; her parents, Ronald F. Jezyk Sr. and Lori Jezyk (Sauscermen); her siblings, Ronald Francis Jezyk Jr. (Sara), Sarah E. Jezyk and Jami A. Jezyk (Justin); and her grandmother Aileen Sauscermen.
