He was predeceased by: his parents, Bradford Walter O'Neal and Anna Louise "Pearce" O'Neal; his granddaughter Kerry A. Stoutenburgh; and his brother Earl Nicholas O'Neal (Virginia O'Neal). He is survived by: his children, Harold T. O'Neal, Jr. of Elkton, MD, Wendy O'Neal Stoutenburgh (Donald) of Kingston, NY and Terri Allen of Elkton, MD; his siblings, Yvonne Eckman of Lancaster, PA, Walter O'Neal (Glenda) of Earleville, MD and Bradford O'Neal (Judith) of Lancaster, PA; his sister-in-law Wilma O'Neal of Smyrna, DE; his close friend Carol Taylor of Millington, MD; and his stepson Mike Nabb of Smyrna, DE. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and four great- grandchildren.
