He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Griffin, Sr. and Lenabel Bond Griffin (Glory); and his siblings, Ralph Griffin, Sr. and Eleanor Gaylord. He is survived by: his children, Gregory Jr. (Shakeda), Jerek Griffin of Perryville, MD and Shalena; his grandchildren, Gregory, III (Josie), Quentin (Natalie), Zion, Harley, Noah, Jordan, Gemini Griffin and Eliana Lopez; his great grandchild Levuela Narae Griffin; his siblings, Daniel Griffin, Sr. (Elaine), Bishop, Bernard Griffin, Sr. (Shenina), Joyce Johnson of Aberdeen, MD, Marjorie Govans of Perryman, MD, Rosina Carey of Perryville, MD, Cheryl Griffin of Port Deposit, MD and Robin Lucas-Pratt of Elkton, MD.; and his friend Gregory. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Elkton VFW 8175 (208 W High St, Elkton, MD 21903).
