He is survived by: his wife Joyce Rhoades Mann; his children, April Mann, Ronald Mann (Kimberly Emmett) and Cathy Verne; his stepchildren, Robert Lockard, Jr. (Christine Moran), Charlene Ritzel (Patrick), Diane Hall (Thomas, Sr.), Joycelyn Rivera (Greggory, Sr.) and Amy Rust (Brent Hughes); his grandchildren, Christopher Mann (Brandi Hague), Christy Kluh (Tom) and Megan Verne; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Lockard, Sydney Ritzel, Emma Ritzel, Michael Jones (Daniela), Thomas Hall, Jr. (Kristin), Jamie Bays, Brandy Rust, Mason Rust and Aubree Rust; his great grandchildren, Jadyn Mann, Connor Laurie, Alex Kluh, Tanner Kluh and Morgan Kluh; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Raelynn Hall.
