He is survived by: his pet Mayson; his close friend Patricia Lindstrom; his daughter Cari; his son-in-law Austin Cox; his son Tommy Lindstrom (Jackie); his grandchildren, Ainsley and Anthony Cox; his nephew Chris Gormley (Kim); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Christopher and Michaela; and his siblings, Donna Zickgraf (John) and Sam Field. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
