It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Floyd William Wagner Jr. of Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on October 17, 2023, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Floyd William, Sr. and Emily R. Phillips Wagner. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Lewis Wagner; his sister Melissa Copen (Len) of Elkton, MD; his brother-in-law Frederick Lewis, IV (Kirsten) of New Castle, DE; his father-in-law Frederick Lewis, III of Kissimmee, FL; and his close friend Charlie. He is also survived by two nephews; one niece.
