He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Marshall and Nanie Craft Marshall; and his wife Mary Sue Gifford Marshall. He is survived by: his children, Marcie Martin and Alex Dilks of New Castle, DE; his grandson Sebastian Martin; and his brother Robert Marshall of Elkton, MD.
