He is survived by: his daughter Bobbie Gandy (Martin) of Elkton, MD; his grandsons, Austin and Matthew; his close friend Florence O'Dowd; and his siblings, Windal Charles of North East, MD and Brenda Bonsall of Elkton, MD..
