She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Herman and Elizabeth "Daisy" Paris Fischer; her husband Howard A. Lane; her daughter Renette A. Lane; and her brother Eddie Fischer.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Richard A. Lane (Cindy) of Elkton, MD, Rory A. Lane (Tina) of Elkton, MD, Robin A. Cragle (Andy) of Elkton, MD, Rhonda A. Shultz (Brian) of Elkton, MD and Regina A. Lane of Elkton, MD; and her sisters, Nancy Caldwell of Elkton, MD. and Mary Rea of Elkton, MD.. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren.
