She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Austin and Beatrice Schaefer Austin; her husband Melvyn Gregg; and her sister Mary Louise "Squiz" Sine. She is survived by: her children, Charles "Chuck" Gregg (Linda) of Chesapeake City, MD, Christine Carr (Clyde Jr.) of Lincoln University, PA and Douglas Gregg of Nottingham, MD; her grandchildren, Alexandrea Austin, Annemarie Hartbauer, Allison Carr, Connor Carr and Sarah Carr; her great grandchildren, Kameron Hartbauer and Clarissa Hartbauer; and her sisters, Betty Spencer of The Villages, FL and Ruth Ann Chenoweth of Weare, NH.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at the Rosebank Cemetery (137 Brick Meetinghouse Rd, Rising Sun, MD 21911).
