It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald James Haley of Elkton, Maryland, born in Chesapeake City, Maryland, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Haley and Ella Wythe Haley; and his siblings, Thomas Haley, Pauline Prewitt and Dottie Morris.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Shires Haley; and his children, Steven Haley (Kathy) of Elkton, MD and Kendra Smick of North East, MD. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
