He is survived by: his father Elmer Warrick (Itsuko) of Clinton, MD; his wife Thelma Gibbs Brooks of Elkton, MD; his children, Robbyn Brooks Raison (Ray) of Newark, DE, Don Brooks, Jr. (Misuzu) of Hartly, DE, Tiffine Williams (Ron) of New Castle, DE and Aaron Brooks (Keturah) of Northeast, MD.; his siblings, Shirley Hill, Valerie Jackson (Frank), Robbyn Johnson (Mel), Charlotte Earl, Doris Ann Bias and Leon Burke, Sr. (Sandra); his grandchildren, Kellen Raison, Kameron Raison, Chanise Williams, Ron Williams III (RJ) and Brian Brooks (AJ); and his great grandchildren, Isaiah Raison and Leilani Green. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and cherished friends.
