She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Brooks and Belle Ingram Brooks; her husbands, Edward J. Smith and Clarence Bull; her daughter Deborah Bull Miklas; and her siblings, Carl, Garmen, Jess, Martha, Goldie, Minnie, Elizabeth and Frank.
She is survived by: her sons, William C. Bull of Cecilton, MD, Donald L. Bull of Elkton, MD, Dwayne E. Smith of Elkton, MD, Gary A. Smith of Elkton, MD and Jeff N. Smith of Elkton, MD; and her sisters, Helen Brown of North East, MD, Ellen Stafford of Elkton, MD, Ruth Kline of Elkton, MD and Anne Hammer of Chestertown, MD. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
