It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dawn E. Turner (Elkton, Maryland), born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 31, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Turner and Lora Ferguson Turner. She is survived by: her husband Edward F. Cooney; and her sister Barbara Franklin Ogden of North Augusta, SC. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
