He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Sr. Sparks and Evelyn Addicott Sparks. He is survived by: his daughter Carlee Sparks of Traverse City, MI; and his siblings, Robert Sparks II of Grants, NM, Tom Sparks of Billingham, WA, Mary Rafail (John) of Hurricane, UT and Cliff Sparks (Tina Baker) of Crested Butte, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and many other extended family.
