He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Jr. Webb and Helen Marvel Webb; his children, Clarence R. "Bobby" Webb, Jr., Daniel M. "Reds" Webb and Judith Webb Lockard; and his siblings, James Craig, Betty Juba and Helen Dennison.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Nocke Webb; his son Jeffrey T. Webb (Kalli) of Elkton, MD; and his sister Mary Ann Reynolds of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
