He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Melvin Magaw, Sr. and Dorothy Gilbert Magaw Dyling; his daughter Deborah Jean Murphey; and his siblings, Betty Jane Feehly, Frances Schneider, Ruth Anne Magaw, Deborah Wunderlich and Martin Magaw.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Humphrey Magaw; his daughters, Cerstin "Cathy" Magaw of Lehigh Acres, FL, Sandra Jack of Fort Myers, FL and Linda Simpson (Rich) of Columbia, NJ; and his siblings, Donna Truitt of Vancouver, WA., Eddie Ray Dyling (Linda) of Deatsville, AL, Gary Dyling (Sandie) of Pennsville, N. J. and Allan Dyling (Carol) of Little River, SC. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
