He was predeceased by: his parents, Natalie Harrity, (Phelps) and Charles P. Harrity, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Harrity; his children, Shawn P. Harrity (Giselle) of Sammamish, WA and Jeffrey C. Harrity (Angie) of Forest Hill, MD; and his grandchildren, Logan, Maximo, Riley and Bella.
