It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Burnard William Cline Jr. of Elkton, Maryland, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Burnard William farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Burnard William is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burnard W. Cline and Ruth I. Garvin Cline; and his brother Roger Garvin Cline. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor M. Cline; his children, Karen (Gregory Ayres) of Rising Sun, MD and Burnard Roger Cline; and his grandson Walker Ayres.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hicks Home For Funerals (103 Stockton St, Elkton, MD 21921). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Brookview Cemetery Cemetery.
