She was predeceased by: her grandfather Clyde "Buddy". She is survived by: her parents, Charles "Chip" R. and Tina Carroll Howe; her brother James R. Howe (Natalie); her grandmother Jennie Carroll of Elkton, MD; her significant other George Lomas; and her uncles, Chris (Vicki), Dianna (Kirk) and Tim (Judy).
