It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverly Harrison Tozer of Elkton, Maryland, born in Independence, Missouri, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Oscar Harrison and Virginia Elizabeth Schwalje; and her brother Richard Harrison. She is survived by: her husband Gordon Tozer; and her sons, Mark Tozer of Elkton, MD, Brian Tozer (Barbara) of Wichita, KS and Christopher Tozer (Lara) of Wilmington, DE. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, and eight great-grand children.
