Richer of Elkton, Maryland, born in Stillwater, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2024 at the age of 36. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Paul, Shirley Richer, Robert and Mary Anne Seeman. He is survived by: his spouse Kacie Richer (Engiles); his parents, Paul E. Richer, II and Deborah Richer (Seeman); his sons, Luke and Benjamin Richer; and his sisters, Sarah Punzi (Alex) and Rebecca Saam (Jake). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
