He was predeceased by: his parents, John Garver and Eunice Bowers Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Callie Joan Barnett Garver; his sons, Randall Garver (Eleanor) of Chesapeake, VA and Mark Garver (Jane) of Kennedyville, MD; his grandchildren, Ryan, Callie and Matthew Garver; his friends, Sharon, Sandy, Susie and Jeff; and his pet Milo.
