He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald Glen Oursler of Swanton, MD and Janet Marie Oursler (Merson); his son Justin Wesley Oursler (Bernadette); his grandsons, Garrett Wesley Oursler of Berkeley Springs and Cole Randall Oursler of Berkeley Springs; his brother Stephen John Oursler (Jul) of Scaggsville, MD; his niece Erica; and his nephew Nathan.
