It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Francis Whipps (Elkridge, Maryland), who passed away on February 26, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his wife Brenda L. Whipps; his sons, Michael A. Whipps (Chrissy) and Brian F. Whipps; his grandchildren, Renee S. Driver, Brian F. Whipps, Jr. and Michael A. Whipps, Jr.; and his siblings, Barbara J. Brown, Jimmy E. Whipps and Sam E. Whipps.
